Photo Policy for lavender field photos

Please read the guidelines carefully if you would like to take photos at the farm.

Visitor Photography Policy

Lavender field photos (still and video) are permitted for private, non-commercial use only. Photographs cannot be published, sold, reproduced, transferred, distributed, or otherwise commercially exploited in any manner whatsoever without written consent by Pleasant Valley Lavender. Pleasant Valley Lavender reserves the right, and its sole discretion, to withhold and/or withdraw permission to photograph on its premises or to reproduce photographs of objects in its collection.

Commercial Photography Policy

Commercial lavender photography includes senior portraits, family portraits, sweet 16 photos, baby photos, dance or cheer team photos, wedding photos, engagement photos, and those selling and using materials for professional purposes including hair salons, stylists and dress designers. Professional photographers must show proof of insurance. This is not negotiable.

Professional photographers may create an account and schedule their sessions online.

We enjoy having photographers at the farm. Please abide by the rules to keep it fun and enjoyable for everyone.

Remember we are a working farm. There are bees and bugs on the farm. Please keep this in mind if it will be a problem for you or the people you are photographing.
