COVID-19 Policy

Plant Sales and Product Sales - Delivery, and Curbside Pickup

Note *** This policy only applies to our plant and product pickups. We will be providing an updated policy for our picking season in the upcoming weeks.***

At Pleasant Valley Lavender we believe in the importance of maintaining a farm that is both accessible and safe. In light of the dangers presented by COVID-19, the Pleasant Valley Lavender team developed a policy that promotes and follows the recommendations of both the New Jersey Farm Bureau and Center for Disease Control (CDC).

Our policy is as follows:

· We are only allowing a maximum of 10 visitors on our farm at a time.

· Visitors for plant and product pickup must make an appointment in advance using the booking feature on our website or by calling us at 732-740-4832. Visitors who show up without an appointment may be asked to wait if the farm is at capacity (10 visitors) .   

· All visitors must log in with an employee. In the event that someone gets sick, visitor logs help health professionals identify others who may have been exposed.

· Customers who opt to purchase products online will have the option to have their items delivered or they can pick up their items at a designated contactless pick up point on the farm.

For the safety of our staff and customers, we prefer that you order and pay for your purchase online, in advance. 

Please note that you can always call us at 732-740-4832 for updates and clarification.  We understand that many of our friends and customers might find this upsetting. We pride ourselves on serving as a green space where people can relax and connect with nature. However, we also value the safety and well-being of our community. We appreciate your patience and continued support.
